LOCALDATETIME (LocalDateTime)

The LOCALDATETIME is a java.time bound variant of the TIMESTAMP type, when the old JDBC binding should be avoided, i.e. java.time.LocalDateTime in Java, or Types.TIMESTAMP in JDBC.
