        Only content elements are quoted containing special characters.

        Special characters consist of:

        • ,: The comma
        • ;: The semi colon
        • ": The double quote
        • ': The apostrophe
        • \: The backslash
        • \t: The tab character
        • \n: The line feed character
        • \r: The carriage return character
      • NEVER

        Content is never quoted.
