ALTER TYPE .. RENAME

Like most object types, types can be renamed. This is independent of the object type:
// Renaming the type
create.alterType("old_type").renameTo("new_type").execute();
Dialect support
This example using jOOQ:
alterType("old").renameTo("new")
Translates to the following dialect specific expressions:
