OCTET_LENGTH (binary)

The OCTET_LENGTH() function calculates the length of a given binary string in bytes.
SELECT octet_length(cast('hello' as bytea));
create.select(binaryOctetLength("hello".getBytes())).fetch();
The result being
+--------------+ | octet_length | +--------------+ | 5 | +--------------+
