CURRENT_DATE

Get the current server time as a SQL DATE type (represented by java.sql.Date).

SELECT current_date;
create.select(currentDate()).fetch();

The result being something like

| current_date |
+--------------+
| 2020-02-03   |
+--------------+

Dialect support

currentDate()
